Heads & Tails

Posted August 12, 2008

As there's been reports of many marlín in the area (many of them from our colleagues on the Margarita Segundo), today we decided to go marlin fishing for a couple of hours with no luck. All we found was a pretty large group of dolphins that looked to be feeding on large balls of baitfish. Later while anchored, we managed to catch a few bream, barracuda and other small fish that we used as live bait to catch a lovely 4 kilo atlantic bonito. Truth being said, we've been catching plenty of these lately.
